Work That Matters

Led a Grand Challenges Canada-funded project helping homeless individuals find stable housing in the community. Handled case management, family counselling, and worked alongside psychiatrists and clinical teams on treatment plans.

Created and ran mental health training for 90 prison officials, teaching them to spot mental health concerns in first-time offenders. Also counselled offenders directly to help them reintegrate into their communities.

Built and ran 50+ workshops, campaigns, and group sessions covering mental health awareness, stress management, and work-life balance for employees.

Clinical internship at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton as part of the Master of Social Work program at Wilfrid Laurier University.
